Clean place with pleasant and exceptional staff. Pleasant view of the garden and sea front. - Marvellous and amazing location in Ligoneri, close to the best restaurant in Spetses, private beach, and the town center. - Access to the ocean straight from the sun lounges on the property.

The location, the easy access to the city center and the premises as a total.

The food is savory, the service is very good, and the view of the bay is incredible. the hotel's location is really close to Spetses, the coastal front of Peloponnese, and the island of Spetses. it is conveniently located near Paralia Ksylokeriza.

Overall it was well laid out and reasonably large with a view.

Beds were too hard in this place.

Rooms needs thorough refurbishment; Mattress way too hard; Service good natured but slow.

The staff are very professional. the building is very convenient. - the rooms are well-equipped with a nice sea view and a balcony. - Remarkable views across the water. - Best possible and quiet location on the waterfront. - You can walk everywhere.

Location is fantastic

Breakfast and food in general very poor - little effrot was made to vary the menu brealfast the same every day and very unimaginative with tinned fruit. Given the local fresh fruit this showed a complete lack of interest.

All staff extremely friendly and helpful; first stay and if somewhat expensive in comparison with previous holidays on Spetses over seventeen years, enjoyed the nine days' stay. Breakfasts excellent in choice and quality. Would have liked to see the hotel bus in operation more often, especially on arrival and departure, but otherwise very happy with the accommodation and service of staff. Thank you all for your attention to detail.

Overall, I had a really comfy stay here and it was the perfect spot for checking out the area. I had a blast! the staff were all really nice and friendly. They were welcoming and made me feel at home. the service was great and the food was delicious. 😊

The breakfast was quite poor, With so much fresh fruit on offer on the Island surely you could offer guest more variety and the coffee was dire.

The breakfast and the restaurant were great, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and new, and the central location was perfect.

Conveniently located to histroical sites and town square. Excellent service. Simple breakfast with good food.

The breakfast was plentiful, with pretty friendly staff and a lot of food. The room was well-organised and fashionable, the location was incredible. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach and an easy walk to Ekklisia Anastasi Church👍
